Well, I don’t know how did you find this flight but as far as I know Braathens Regional Airlines is a swedish domestic airline. Tried to search on Momondo though and no such an airline popped up for this route.

Hi Paul,
Sorry it took so long to get back to you. The flight was a charter flight which is not always available to book alone without a package. In this case the travel provider (Apollo) probably did not sell enough packages on the route and was able to offer tickets for the flight alone. The route is however not listed on Momondo unless the travel provider decides to offer it for sale, so as soon as Apollo takes it down, it cannot be found any longer.
